Total body workout emphasizing one muscle group to the next for muscular strength.  Continued movement to great music keeps the heart rate up for a sweat drenched sculpting session.  Designed for all levels.
A light hearted approach to yoga basics.  Learn how to sit, stand, breath and perform basic asana (postures) with form, alignment and awareness.  Be not afraid, this class is perfect for those with injuries, pre/post natal, beginners or those who want to brush up on their basics 
Train like the pros Experience this total body workout utilizing TRX Suspension straps along with cardio bursts to focus on burning calories and get your heart pumping.
