 Intro to TRX, Intro to Kettle Bell,  and Body Flow Stretch  are complimentary!
Workout in a fun, motivating group environment. These classes are 25 minutes in length, included in the membership and designed for all skill levels.

Designed to strengthen and condition the abdominals, glute and lower back muscles.  Medicine balls, resist-a-balls, glides and body weight will be used.
Stack core movements in a timed format using for the ultimate workout.
Total body workout emphasizing one muscle group to the next for muscular strength.  Continued movement to great music keeps the heart rate up for a sweat drenched sculpting session.  Designed for all levels.
A light hearted approach to yoga basics.  Learn how to sit, stand, breath and perform basic asana (postures) with form, alignment and awareness.  Be not afraid, this class is perfect for those with injuries, pre/post natal, beginners or those who want to brush up on their basics 
Train like the pros Experience this total body workout utilizing agility  drills to focus on burning calories and get your heart pumping.
Shake things up!  Alternate dynamic Kettle Bell Training with athletic drills and plyometrics.  Circuit train  into a calorie blasting sweat inducing, efficient interval workout. Participant must attend Intro to Kettle bell or have Kettle Bell experience prior to taking this class.
